This is one of my favorite compositions by Antonio Carlos Jobim. Written in 1978 during a three-month honeymoon with his new wife Ana. Tom Jobim wrote the music and the lyrics.
I am here in the Bay Area playing some gigs and had a day off with a nice piano at some friends’ home, and was inspired to play this choro.
