Here's some music for you...

I am so happy to see new subscribers here on my Substack. It is heartwarming to know that folks listen to creative music and support what I do. I am working on a lot of new posts, but just for this weekend, here’s a beautiful composition by the master Moacir Santos with lyrics by Mario Teles. This was recorded in 2005 for my Latin Grammy-nominated album Roda Carioca, and it features the amazing vocals of Joyce Moreno, with Marcio Bahia on drums and Rogério Botter Maio on bass. This was done in one take, no overdubs. Enjoy!
